Ashley Winning is a VBAC mentor, doula, speaker & podcaster who supports pregnant women who want to feel encouraged, educated, and confident in their VBAC/HBAC or Freebirth journey.

Ashley knows everyone is different and desires a personalised experience, so she tailors her support to suit what YOU want and need.

Ashley is a passionate natural birth advocate who is a fierce VBAC Mentor and understands how the system will work against you to achieve your VBAC - Ashley will support you to have a foot up! (She is also a VBA2C mama).

Ashley has been supporting and working with women in this space since 2017 and is the host of The VBAC Homebirth Stories Podcast. Through the podcast, Ashley has interviewed some of the great minds in the birth world, listened to many, many women's birth stories and lived and breathed this work (and is still very much into it).

As a birth educator, Ashley will work with you during pregnancy to build your birth knowledge so you feel more confident to advocate informed consent. And while she supports a VBAC mama, or a woman who wants to have a vaginal birth, if you choose something different during the process, she will support you in that too!
