BMUSC 5-A-Side Charity Football Tournament

Saturday 19th of November
by Sophie Cannon (follow)

WHO?
Established in 2010, the Brisbane Manchester United Supporters Club (or BMUSC as it's affectionately known) is a club for local fans of Manchester United Football Club.

As well as meeting on a regular basis to watch their beloved team play, the club also hold a range of charity events throughout the football season and on this, their fourth year, the 5-A-Side Charity Football Tournament looks to be bigger and better than ever.

You and your family are invited to a Photography for Parents Workshop on Sunday 28th April at New Farm Park.
The Brisbane Crochet Club meets weekly to learn crochet, meet other Brisbane mums, and have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along!
WHAT AND WHEN?
BMUSC are giving anyone over the age of 18 who is passionate about football the chance to gather a team together and join in on the day (see below for how to apply). The event will be held on Saturday 19th November at Slacks Creek Football Club, Usher Park, Daisy Hill, starting at 2pm and running until approximately 8pm when the final matches will be played under floodlights.

It's sure to be a great family day out and we're happy to announce that the event will be part sponsored this year by Brisbane's very own Ginger Sport, who will be attending on the day to keep kids entertained with various footballing activities and mini matches on their famous inflatable pitch.

If that wasn't enough to keep the kids occupied whist the adults battle it out in the main event, there will be a jumping castle, face painting, raffle and heaps of interactive activities available throughout the afternoon. There is also a licensed bar and canteen that will be open on site to keep guests fed and watered and plenty of shaded areas to set up camp and enjoy the day.

WHY?
The event is being held on behalf of the Mater Little Miracles Foundation, a charity who tirelessly fight to provide the best possible start to life for seriously ill and premature babies cared for at Mater.

You and your family are invited to a Photography for Parents Workshop on Sunday 28th April at New Farm Park.
