It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Well, in Brisbane it sure is. There are plenty of wonderful family friendly Christmas events and experiences happening around the neighbourhood that will be sure to get everyone into the Christmas spirit.

Here are some of our top picks:

Christmas Putt Putt at Victoria Park

If you already love Victoria Park's putt putt course, you will love it even more this Christmas. From 14th November until Christmas Eve, it will transform into a Christmas Wonderland both day and night. Enjoy reindeer meadow, candy cane lane and Santa's stop.

Love Actually in Concert

Love Actually is the ultimate Christmas Movie, and this year you can enjoy it live in concert. There will be a full live orchestra performing to the soundtrack.

Abbey Museum Christmas Fair

Start your festive season at the Abbey Museum for a day back in time at the Victorian Christmas Fair and Open Day. The Abbey grounds will be filled with artisan wares and food, and the kids will be kept happy with 1800s era crafts, sporting activities and entertainment.

Santa's Stopover at Flowstate

See Santa spread Christmas cheer at South Bank Parklands this Christmas. Kids will get to meet Santa in his brightly lit house under a fig tree with light installations. There will also be storytelling and crafts at Flow State Lawns where kids can make a koala crown.

Little Humpty Christmas Party

For animal lovers, Little Humpty Christmas Party at Summerland Camels is a must do this holiday season. Kids can meet and ride the camels, enjoy Christmas themed food and activities, a farm tour, and there will even be a visit from Santa.

Redland City Council Presents Christmas by Starlight

Redland Coast's largest free community event will have a line up of popular local artists, free children’s activities, roving entertainment, rides and face painting. There will be food trucks before a spectacular Christmas by Starlight concert.

Brisbane City Christmas Parade

Christmas Wonderland

The already beautiful Queens Park in Ipswich will soon be even more spectacular as it is transformed into a magical Christmas Wonderland. Be mesmerised by glittering lights, illuminated trees, animated displays, light tunnels and projections. There will also be stalls, food and entertainment.

The Lights of Christmas at St Stephen's Cathedral

Back for another year, St Stephen's Cathedral will be set to glow with lights and animated projections. There will also be carollers accompanying the display.

White Christmas at Movie World

Sandstone Point Hotel Christmas Carnival

Sandstone Point Hotel is hosting its annual Christmas Carnival with markets, food stalls, kids rides, live music, entertainment, Christmas carols, fireworks and of course a visit from Santa. Starting from noon, the festivities will continue into the night.
