It is no secret that Aussie's LOVE a good market. Featuring fresh produce, eclectic cuisines from around the globe and giving you a taste at a good price of some great food, what is there not to love! We have an abundance of markets happening during the morning and days here in Brisbane. But what about night?

Here are some of Brisbane's best night markets. So if you are a night owl or just want to escape the heat of the day and grab some bargains, check some of these out.

The Brisbane Night Market, or Rocklea Markets as it is known to the locals, is probably one of (if not the best) night markets in Brisbane. It is on every Friday night from 4pm to 10pm and features incredible food from around the globe, kids’ entertainment, artisan gifts, lifestyle products and musical entertainment.

Location: 385 Sherwood Rd, Rocklea with lots of free parking
When: Fridays 4pm to 10pm
Cost: $2.50 entry

With riverside views and live music, Eat Street Markets are really something special. A huge sea of shipping containers have been decked out and filled with cuisines from every corner of the globe. It is a food lovers dream and you will be seriously challenged on what to choose from.

Location: 221D Macarthur Avenue, Hamilton
When: Friday and Saturday 4pm to 10pm and Sunday noon to 8pm

Southbank is one of the best places to go in Brisbane whether you are a tourist or a local. A huge hub of restaurants, cafes, playgrounds and the manmade beach and water play area is made even more special by the riverside views. But did you know that they also had a night market? The Collective Markets are on every weekend in Stanley Plaza and features original art, photography, unique gifts, trending fashion and vintage clothing, as well as foodie stalls and live music.

When: Fridays 5pm to 9pm, Saturdays 10am to 9pm and Sundays 9am to 4pm

The Boundary Street Markets in hip West End feature food stalls from around the globe including Romania, Turkey, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and more. They also have ping pong, beer and live music. If you are vegan, they even have a vegan twilight market on the 4th Sunday of each month.

When: Fridays and Saturdays 4pm to 10pm and Sundays 9am to 3pm and then again 12pm to 8pm

These monthly twilight markets are held on the boardwalk of the Raby Bay Harbour and feature creative and handmade goods by local artisans. There are over 65 stalls with entertainment for all ages, fashion, jewellery, candles, cushions, handmade fudge and gourmet delights.

Bite Markets at North Harbour are Brisbane's newest markets and is promising to be the northside's biggest food adventure. Featuring over 40 cuisines from around the globe in shipping containers, this fully fenced dining precinct is a place where the whole family can gather to eat, drink and be merry.
