With Mums and Bubs Classes in the heart of Sandgate

Chew Chew Train Fitness and Nutrition is a boutique training studio in the heart of Sandgate village, that offers classes to suit every fitness level. With a strong focus on holistic health and fitness, classes are small and welcoming, and you will be training with a supportive group of women. Maddie, the trainer, is lovely and extremely knowledgeable, patient and keeps classes interesting.

Chew Chew Train has classes on every day of the week at different times, so you can find a time to suit your schedule. I go to the bootcamp that is on each weekday morning at 9:30. It is indoors, so I can bring my baby along, and it is a thirty minute class so I can smash out my exercise and then run my errands. We are all busy Mums after all!

Do you want to learn how to knit? Or have recently started and would like to meet some new friends to share your creativity with, all while having a good chat? The Brisbane Knitting Club has classes for you!
The Brisbane Crochet Club meets weekly to learn crochet, meet other Brisbane mums, and have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along!
As well as the indoor bootcamp style classes, there are outdoor classes by the waterfront, gentle strength, yoga, boxing, zumba and you can also do personal training if you aren't much into group classes.

You can now even do a Mums and Bubs class that is dedicated to getting you back into exercising in a safe way.

The Mums and Bubs class is $12 and includes a discounted coffee from the fabulous coffee shop next door, Capulet and Co. It is a good chance to workout and also meet other local mums in the area.

Kids and toddlers are welcome to classes as well, there is a small space that is set up with a beanbag, toys and a baby gate so that they can be occupied while you work out. I have brought along my toddler with me before and he loved it.

You and your family are invited to a Photography for Parents Workshop on Sunday 28th April at New Farm Park.

What I particularly love about Chew Chew train is how flexible they are, not just with types of exercises and times, but also payment. They have a range of packages to suit every budget and won't lock you into a contract like a lot of the big gyms do. You can check out prices here.

If you aren't sure whether this place is right for you, you can also do a free seven day trial.
