Cleveland's best-kept secret 'Creative Alice', is a beautifully presented coffee shop with a twist. You see, it's not just a cup of 'joe' and a cream cake you can pick up here, oh no, why not treat yourself to some vintage furniture or perhaps even paint your own on your next visit?
Creative Alice, Cleveland
Based away from Cleveland's main shopping street, Creative Alice is a vintage furniture shop stocked with a variety of new and old, renovated homewares.
The inside of the store is pretty as a picture and there's definitely an 'Annie Sloan', white and duck egg blue theme throughout. Everywhere you look is something new and exciting- if you're into your quirky trinkets and decorative "bits and bobs", then make sure to pay them a visit.

As well as the Aladdin's cave of home decor, Creative Alice also boasts an awesome garden cafe, serving up a range of hot and cold drinks, delicious cakes and snacks- perfect for a girly afternoon or even a morning out with the kids.
The rear garden itself has a very relaxing atmosphere and with its leafy surroundings, wrought iron tables and white rattan chairs, there's definitely a sense of elegance about the place, only enhanced further with the delicate china cups and saucers that your drinks will be served in.
Creative Alice Coffee Garden, Cleveland
If all this wasn't enough, Creative Alice has also catered for the whole family, inviting children, as well our four-legged pals into the cafe with a few personal touches. Children can enjoy a babycino along with my son's personal favourite 'Dotti cookie', and entertain themselves with one of the toys that call the cafe home.
For our favourite pooches? They even get their very own soft blanket to snooze on, whilst their families sip their coffees and take in the surroundings.
Creative Alice Painting Class
Along with serving up great coffee and rustic furniture, Creative Alice also wants to help its customers get, well, creative! So they regularly host furniture painting classes and creative writing events.
