I absolutely love working out, but it SO hard to find the time and the place that I can get a good workout in now that I am a Mum. I am constantly on the hunt for new fitness classes and programs to share with the Brisbane Mums that you will love. There is no one size fits all approach to health and fitness after all.
I came across Fitabulous PT one day when I was at the playground with my toddler. There was a group of women stretching and working out in the sunshine, with prams next to them. I quickly knew I had to enquire what was going on.
The owner of Fitabulous is Jade, a qualified personal trainer for five years. She is lovely, approachable, and all about empowering women to take charge of their lives, health and happiness.
Jade offers both personal training, small private group training sessions perfect for a mothers group, as well as group training sessions. She also does Skype and training sessions if you can't get out of the house.

There are four Mums fitness classes to choose from. Core and Flow is focussed on strengthening postnatal core and pelvic floor muscles, while using body weight pilates and yoga inspired exercises. Pram Fit is a whole body workouts with pram and baby but can also be modified if your child is not in a pram. Fit Mum is a whole body workout incorporating bodyweight and equipment for exercises. Last of all Preg Fit is for all you pregnant Mumma's.

Friday Preg Fit 9:30am
Babies, toddlers and children are welcome at all sessions. Jade is a Mum herself, so totally gets it. If you have older kids, they can play in Kalinga Park Playground which is a fantastic playground right next to where you can workout. There is also a bike path for riding.
