FUEL Summer Holiday Program for Teen Girls

Hands-on workshops for teen girls in highschool (Years 7-12).

Do you have a teenage girl with fire in her belly? Give her the opportunity to #skillup with Fuel's extraordinary women this summer!

Fuel have a wide range of interactive and hands-on activities for teen girls in high school (Years 7-12):

Filmmaking And Music Composition Workshops: 5th - 7th December 2017 (multiple events).

The Director of 'Rip Tide', starring Disney's Debby Ryan, is in town to share her experiences across film direction, music composition, script-writing and cinematography.

Participants can ask Rhiannon their burning questions at the Feed The Beast Talk at Brisbane Powerhouse, get first-hand advice on forging a creative career in the arts, or deep dive with hands-on and intimate workshops focused on how to direct, create emotion through composition, how to hone visual skills and how to navigate pre-production.

Limited one-on-one mentoring is also available.

Cost: $35-$120pp

Women In Tech Roundtable: 11th January 2018

For the girls excited by technology, Fuel have pulled together a suite of inspiring professional women for their Women In Tech Roundtable.

Participants can jump at the opportunity to network with and learn from the ladies who are changing the digital landscape. This session gives personal access to ask the real questions: How do I navigate this fast-moving landscape? What should I be doing NOW to prepare?

So You Want To Change The World? Workshop: 16th January 2018

Maja and her team saw great success this year when they executed a Annual Conference, which received the support of not only a raft of influential women in STEM, but also the Minister for Innovation, Science and the Digital Economy herself.

If your teen has got an idea that promises to change something in the world, Maja's workshop will guide them through what they need to do to get it off the ground!

Lead Like You Mean It Workshops: 18th January 2018

Is your teen taking on a leadership position in 2018? School Captain? Sport/club leader? Or perhaps they're savvy to how critical leadership skills are across all aspects of life including school, work, friendships, relationships and self confidence?

Fire up for the new year as Fuel work through topics such as interpersonal skills and self awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, and dealing with conflict.
