You and your family are invited to a Photography for Parents Workshop on Sunday 28th April at New Farm Park.
Ingredients: - 120g raw cashews
- 120g coconut milk
- 40g rice malt syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 cup raw cacao
Easy 3-steps: 1. grind the cashews as finely as you can
2. add the remaining ingredients and process in your mixer until well combined
3. dunk in your favourite fruits and veggie sticks
I think this is a lovely snack that not only provides decadence but is also jam packed with nourishing ingredients. Teamed with bite-sized pieces of fruit such as apples, grapes, strawberries and bananas or carrot and celery sticks, this ticks all the boxes.
