Just Earth Cafe in West End

by Sally Foster (follow)
Cafe and Store with weekly storytime for the kids

Just Earth Cafe is a phenomenal cafe in West End that is all about using unprocessed, seasonal, organic and local ingredients. Everything is produced in house, and the coffee is roasted fresh daily. Even all their meat and eggs are organic and free range.

They are a cafe, coffee roastery, eco store and community hub.

If you need some time out from the kids over the weekend, want to enjoy a bit of adult conversation and a relaxed tour of the city, Brisbane Food Safari Club has a new experience starting in July.
They serve up an all day breakfast as well as a delicious lunch. The kidís menu is truly incredible. Offering up items like veggie sticks with pink hummus, banana pancakes served with fruit and maple syrup, BLT croissants, toasties and mini smoothies. How amazing does that sound! I will take something from the kidís menu thanks.

It is nice to take my little one out somewhere where I know I will find something healthy and organic for him to eat instead of the usual fried food options.

Just Earth also cater to vegetarians, paleos, gluten and lactose free diets, so it is a great place to go if your little ones have dietary requirements. And because they are committed to fresh and healthy food, their buddha bowls are amazing. Chock full of veggies and grains, you will leave feeling satisfied and full of goodness.

If your kids love storytime, they will love Story Time with Auntie Venetia Tyson. She is a local Children's Author, Community Worker, Singer, Mother and Grandmother. She will be reading her own Stories as well as choosing her favourites for the kids. She is at Just Earth on Tuesdays doing storytime from 9:30 to 11:30am.

You and your family are invited to a Photography for Parents Workshop on Sunday 28th April at New Farm Park.

As well as the incredible, and healthy, food there is a cubby house and toys provided in the backyard for the kids. The backyard is a great space outside for families, including a playground to keep the kids occupied while Mumma has her coffee. Making it the perfect place for a mothers group meet up.
