Kiddo: The Babysitting App For Brisbane Parents

by BecSorby (follow)
A babysitter app designed to take the hard work out of finding quality care for your children.

If you have ever been left without a babysitter when you have an appointment to attend, an important deadline to finish or a date night that has been planned for months, you need Kiddo.

Kiddo is your new go-to app designed to take the hassle out of finding a reliable, trusted and affordable babysitter around Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Kiddo allows you to connect with and book a babysitter with ease while you are on the move and with as little as two hours notice.

The Brisbane Crochet Club meets weekly to learn crochet, meet other Brisbane mums, and have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along!

The app can be used for parents as a central location to manage existing bookings, connect with sitters they already know or connect with new babysitters. Each and every sitter is ID verified and have had Blue Cards verified.

Kiddo takes the stress out of Babysitting providing parents with an instant booking experience. No more having to ask babysitters, wasting time going back and forth with texts and declines. Kiddo shows who is instantly available at your selected time and date to babysit for you.

Kiddo knows trust and safety is important, so you can invite your current babysitters to get on board, as it’s a great way to use all the benefits of Kiddo (in app payment, calendar syncing and in app messaging).

Because your friends’ opinion means so much, Kiddo allows you to share favourite and recommended babysitters with friends! Kiddo knows it takes a village to raise a child, and they’ve made it easier to find your village with trusted, recommended sitters in Brisbane and the surrounds.

Kiddo provides you with access to carers who are best suited to your situation, and even lets you know if they provide any extra services, such as a driver’s licence, their own car, is available for pick up and drop off and if they can do light duties.

Making payment is also simple! All payments are done via the app, so you don’t have to worry about stopping by the ATM on the way home. Easy!

Kiddo is free to sign up to and start searching for Brisbane babysitters. There are no subscription, membership or job posting fees.

Kiddo empowers their babysitters to set their own charge rates based on the time of day, number of children and the length of the booking, and you will be able to see their fees when booking. Kiddo helps Babysitters build a brand and expand their babysitting network.

The app has been designed by Brisbane ‘mumprenuer’ Rebecca, who understands all too well the hectic nature of parenting, work and the ever changing schedules of life, having gone months at a time without a date night, me time or even a bit of a break.

After listening to hundreds of parents and carers, it became clear that many had the same problem: finding quality care was just too difficult or took up too much time. Kiddo was therefore borne to make it easy for parents to connect to verified, trusted and reliable carers in just a few clicks.

Kiddo makes it easy to reclaim those much needed date nights, get a few things done around the house or attend to work commitments. To get started, check out the website or follow the Facebook page.

Download the Kiddo App with Google Play or at the Apple Store today.

Kiddo is also holding a Family Fun Day 7 September at Kalinga Park if you are interested in going – check it out on their Facebook page.
