Do you want to learn how to protect yourself (and child!), get fit, and have fun in a class that allows you to attend to the needs of your child?
Introducing Krav Maga Training Academy in Brisbane CBD, their baby-friendly self-defence day classes are the perfect opportunity to do just that!
Krav Maga Training Academy is one of the largest and longest running schools in Australia, with 5 world-experts on their teaching staff (schools are lucky to have even one!), so you're learning from the absolute best.
Every Monday and Wednesday at 10.00am, you're invited to join professional instructor Michelle who is also a Physiotherapist and recent mother herself, to learn valuable, self-empowering life tools you need to be safe.
If you struggle to attend regular classes while you have a baby or toddler to care for, or if you prefer to keep your child within sight as you exercise, this self-defence class will ensure you don't have to miss out. There's even a fully-stocked baby-change station so you only have to bring nappies.
Not only is this class great for your confidence and health, but you'll also have the opportunity to be social and meet new people. Tea and coffee are provided after each session so you can relax and chat with other like-minded parents.
When: Every Monday or Wednesday, 10 - 11.30am. The session runs for approximately 1 hour but extra time is given for attending to bub's needs.
Where: Level B, 141 Charlotte Street Brisbane, QLD
Do you want to learn how to knit? Or have recently started and would like to meet some new friends to share your creativity with, all while having a good chat? The Brisbane Knitting Club has classes starting in January 2019.
