Mums and Bubs Yoga Classes Brisbane

by Sally Foster (follow)
A list of yoga classes held throughout Brisbane that are baby friendly

I have recently started to do yoga and it has been a game changer. I didn't realise how tightly wound my muscles were, or how busy my mind was. Mums are put under emotional and physical pressure every day, and yoga is a great release.

It is not always feasible to attend a yoga class though, without your cute little sidekick joining you. So here is a list of baby friendly classes at studios all throughout Brisbane. Some of them are also friendly for the older kids.
