Plaster Fun House, Carina

by Sophie Cannon (follow)
Getting kids involved in arts and craft can be a great way to spend a morning or afternoon, and at Plaster Fun House Carina, children can enjoy getting creative whist mum sits back with a nice cup of coffee.

Located on Creek Road, Plaster Fun House promise to 'provide an exciting and creative experience for adults and children of all ages.'

Firstly all you need to do is choose your plaster piece, there are magnets, letters, wall plaques, figurines, photo frames and many more to select from. Then it's time to get arty and create your very own masterpiece to take home! And the best bit about Plaster Fun House? Once your artwork is complete, you'll need a quick coat of glaze and it's yours to take the very same day!

Plaster pieces range in price from $3 to $30, and this includes use of an art smock, paints and paintbrushes, glitters and glaze. Or if you're looking to take the fun home with you, painting materials can be purchased separately.

Whilst little ones are painting, parents can either sit back and relax with a tea or coffee or feel free to join in and create their very own work of art! There is also a variety of cold drinks and snacks for sale in case artists feel a little peckish.

The store can cater for over 50 customers at a time so there's usually no need to book during the week, however you can reserve a table on weekends or school holidays by contacting the store.
