Looking to get fit but finding it hard with a kids (or kids) in tow? Then look no further than Vitality Family Health and Wellness Centre at Cannon Hill. It is the ultimate family health, fitness and wellbeing Centre with a gym, play centre and even childminding on site.





It is such a great concept having both a gym and a play centre all under the same roof. It is the perfect place for a busy Mum to get some exercise while keeping her kids happy. The play centre area has lots of soft play options for all ages with lots of places to crawl, climb, jump and run around.

With fitness classes for children and adults, you can now even enjoy an adult and a kids bootcamp on Saturdays at 7am for ages 5 years and older. And if your little mate is over 12, you can have the class together. If your child is younger than 5 years, there is free childminding for them. So there is something for everyone.



Vitality also has Mums and Bubs classes which are a great way to meet other Mums and make some friends while feeling healthy.



Vitality has a cafe on site so whether you need a post workout pick me up, or a snack for your child while they have fun at the play centre, they have you covered.

This sounds great! How much does it all cost?

For casual play, under 1's are free and under 3 years Monday to Friday are $6 mid week and weekends $8.
For over 3 years Monday to Friday are $13 and weekends are $15.
