A ‘beary' fun school holiday activity is coming to Brookside Shopping Centre . Kids can get creative and bring their imagination to life at Build-A-Bear Workshop, where they'll create their very own cuddly, furry friend to take home.



It's a hands-on experience full of fun, creativity, and a little bit of magic - perfect for keeping little ones entertained these holidays. This interactive experience is imagination and making memories, as children build a keepsake they can cuddle long after the holidays are over.

Spots are sure to be popular, so it’s worth planning your visit and letting the kids enjoy a ‘paw-some’ day out filled with smiles, laughter, and their new best furry friend.

Four sessions are held daily at 10am, 11:30am, 1pm and 3pm. Workshops are $10 per child, which includes your bear. Find all the fun inside the shopping complex in front of Target.

Brookside Shopping Centre is located at Blackwood Road, Mitchelton. The centre is open 7 days for general shopping. It is home to stores including Woolworths, Target, Big W, Coles, Shingle Inn and TK Maxx . The Queensland April school holidays run from 3 to 20 April 2026.
