Sometimes words can be a barrier from being able to connect with the part of ourselves that has a message to send across.

93% of what we communicate is non-verbal, therefore the simplest of truths can be often communicated with no force, the only requirement is presence.

We live in a digital world where our attention is taken to places that affect's our ability to be centred and focused, this is an experience for people to be able to let go and sit in a safe environment where they can be vulnerable, knowing others will be holding space for them and connect from heart to heart.
