The classic tale of Sleeping Beauty will be told through a spectacular lights and dance show at the Ballet of Lights Show at the Redlands Performing Arts Centre (RPAC) on 10 January 2026.



Sleeping Beauty is a fairy tale fantasy of a princess cursed by an evil fairy to sleep for a hundred years before being awakened by a handsome prince.

This modern 2026 production of the medieval tale will be told through dance and a sprinkling of lights, and has many special and unique features, including:

* Six talented local dancers;

Ballet of Lights: Sleeping Beauty has been created by María Farelo and Cristian Pérez of Luma Artistas S.L. The Redlands Performing Arts Centre performance on 10 January 2026 will take place from 4pm to 6pm and will run for 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors will open 30 minutes before the start time. (Note: Late entry is not permitted and there is no intermission).
