Bestbrook Farm Stay is located 90 minutes outside of Brisbane on the rolling hills of the Great Dividing Range. It is family owned and operated, offering self-contained rustic country cabins, a backpacker village bunkhouse and bush camping for tents, camper trailers and caravans.
A visit to Bestbrook will include activities such as animal feeding, milking cows, making butter, billy tea and damper, wagon rides and whip cracking and horse riding.

Wittacork Dairy Cottages are located about 90 minutes outside of Brisbane in gorgeous Maleny. Wittacork is a modern working dairy farm on 500 acres and set amongst lush rainforest. There are family friendly self contained cottages overlooking Lake Baroon and the Kondalilla National Park.
As well as milking and animal feeding, there are also plenty of walking tracks with bridges across creeks and waterfall viewing areas. So you get the best of both worlds!

Clandulla Cottages are located about an hours drive outside of Brisbane in the scenic rim region, and offers country hospitality at its best. There are self contained cottages and suites available for families.
A stay at Clandulla will include feeding and spending time with the animals, playing pool and tennis, delicious country cooking at the onsite cafe, driving or walking in the peaceful setting or even just relaxing.

Set in beautiful Kerry, this authentic working farm is about 75 minutes outside of Brisbane. With two guest houses on the property, you will truly feel immersed in the farming world and be shown a true farm to fork experience.
Your family can milk cows, feed the pigs, sheep, calves goats and chickens and collect the eggs, as well as enjoy meat, cheese, eggs and fresh produce straight from the farm. If you can't make it for a farm stay, you can always join in for an open day instead.

Trevena Glen is a hugely popular place for a family day trip to see a farm, but did you know that they also offer farm stays? Located in the foothills of the D'Aguilar Range, Trevena Glen Farm is only a 40min drive from Brisbane so it is a nice close option.
You can choose between camping or caravan at a powered or non powered site, or stay in the party shed which is perfect for families. Feeding and handling of the animals and horse experiences are included in the cost of a farm stay.

The Farm House at Eumundi is located at the Sunshine Coast. It is an option if you are looking for a luxury farm stay at its best. There are of course, some very friendly animals to meet. You can get up close to Spot the Horse, Kaspa, Golda and Ozzie the Alpacas, Ivory and Pocahontas the Chickens.
You can also play tennis, swim in the swimming pool or visit the nearby famous Eumundi Markets. It is a stunning farm stay option and quite fancy.

Blackwattle Farm is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for the full package location wise. Only 20 minutes from the sunshine coast, the glasshouse mountains are the backdrop and Australia Zoo is only 5 minutes away!
But you don't even have to leave, as there are so many things to do right on the farm. Meet the farm animals including Alpacas, Miniature Pigs, Dexter Cows, Poultry and dogs. You can also visit the vegetable garden and gobble up some home grown produce.
