'Tis the time of year when the Moreton Bay breeze carries hints of pine, mulled wine and the occasional strained high note. The second of four community Christmas carol gatherings will be staged at Centenary Lakes Park in Caboolture on Sunday 30 November 2025. It's an easygoing way to hear a few familiar songs and maybe spot some questionable singing talent.

Grab a picnic blanket or a fold up chair (the park doesn't mind either), a thermos of something warm and a half hearted willingness to hum along. Families from Caboolture and Morayfield will be there, and the vibe stays far more relaxed than a shopping centre queue. In short, it's a modest holiday pit stop for anyone who enjoys a bit of music in the open air.
