Crocs Playcentre - North Lakes

Fun for all ages. Even grown ups

I have a confession to make. I recently took my toddler aged son to a playcentre. It was under the guise as being for his enjoyment. I probably had more fun than he did.

Crocs Playcentre at North Lakes is still shiny and new with so many incredible options for all ages to have a wonderful time playing and just being totally carefree. Because each area is separated, you can rest easy knowing your little one is playing with age appropriate equipment and won't get pushed over by the bigger kids.

The dedicated play areas are for babies, toddlers and older kids. Each one is a really good size. The baby one is the smallest of course, but is completely enclosed and has wonderful sensory activities and places to practice climbing. The toddler area has giant blocks to build towers, a big climbing area with a tunnel slide, and lots of other soft play areas.

The best areas are for the older kids, but my 2 year old played in there fine on a weekday and I didn't feel it was too big for him. There is an amazing area with lots of machines for shooting flying balls, some absolutely massive and fun slides, including a slightly terrifying steep slide, and lots of places for climbing.

There is also a big jumping castle, 'roads' with trikes included to ride on, and a small 'go kart' track with emergency vehicles to ride around. These do cost $2 per ride extra though. But my toddler had a blast on the police vehicle.

As well as an abundance of play areas, my other favourite part about Crocs, was that there was a Muffin Break inside! I am a sucker for a muffin from these guys so it was great being able to get a coffee and a muffin freshly made that morning. They also offer lunch and snack box options with sandwiches, chips, nuggets and juices.

Crocs is open plan with ample seating, so you can have a sit down on one of the many tables and enjoy a cuppa but still be able to keep an eye on your kids playing. Being a play centre, they have excellent baby change and toilet facilities and there is plenty of parking on site.

If you are looking for your next birthday party, then Crocs at North Lakes offers party packages in their specially themed rooms, including princess and dinosaur. They also have packages for large family gatherings, fundraisers, work events, christenings and sports presentations. To find out more about their packages, see here. You can do themes like, disco or even a pamper party.

Crocs is the perfect place to meet up with your mothers group, and if you book ahead, you even get a discount on the entry to only $8. They were easy to book with as you can do it all online and they are really responsive.
