Pregnancy Exercise Classes in Brisbane

Gentle exercise during pregnancy is not only encouraged by healthcare professionals but research has also shown that it will help you throughout labour, birth and also make it easier for you when you're looking to work on your post baby body.

Obviously no one is suggesting you run a marathon whilst preggers however there are a large number of fitness classes being run in and around Brisbane that are aimed towards those who are with child and we've compiled a list of some of the best.

Be in Blossom is a fitness company based on Brisbane's north side that specialises in both pregnancy pilates and pregnancy aerobics. Their programmes draw inspiration from the latest prenatal research and all classes have been tailor made by physiotherapists.
