Set along the waterfront at Shorncliffe near the iconic Shorncliffe Pier , the festival brings together a colourful lineup of food trucks serving everything from loaded burgers and sizzling street eats to sweet treats and refreshing drinks. Add live music, salty sea breezes, picnic rugs on the grass and a glowing sunset over Moreton Bay, and you've got the perfect easygoing night out with friends, family and plenty of flavour.



Food trucks bring more than just delicious food - they bring energy, colour and community wherever they park. From gourmet burgers and sizzling street tacos to sweet treats and global flavours, every truck offers something unique to discover.

The relaxed outdoor atmosphere invites friends and families to gather, share meals, listen to music and enjoy the simple joy of eating together under the open sky. Supporting food trucks also means supporting passionate local makers who pour creativity and heart into every dish. It’s not just eating… It’s an experience.



Kicking off Sunday, May 24 2026 from 11am to 2pm, the Shorncliffe Festival will feature the chance to grab a bite to eat and a smooth drink from some of Brisbane’s BEST Food Trucks, including:
