Trampoline Parks in Brisbane

by Sally Foster (follow)
Indoor jumping for hot or rainy days

Brisbane can be HOT. Like really really hot. I don't know about you, but somedays I really want to stay inside in the air con. But I have two kids with boundless energy. Who just want to run and jump and play and jump and burn all this excess energy they have.

Indoor trampoline parks are a great way to escape the outside weather and a place where kids can have a great time jumping, playing and using up all their kid energy.

Do you want to learn how to knit? Or have recently started and would like to meet some new friends to share your creativity with, all while having a good chat? The Brisbane Knitting Club has classes for you!
The Brisbane Crochet Club meets weekly to learn crochet, meet other Brisbane mums, and have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along!
Here are some of Brisbane's best trampoline parks.

Bounce Inc, Tingalpa

Bounce is a massive indoor adventure playground, with more than 50 interconnected trampolines, dodgeball court, and their now famous obstacle course. Booking online in advance is recommended as sessions sell out and sessions one hour.

There are no age restrictions, but Junior Jumpers must be able to walk unassisted and be must be under 110cms. But don't worry if you think it will be too rough for them, there is now a junior play area that is seperate. And special jumping times for them.

Urban Extreme, Hendra

Urban Extreme is not jump a trampoline park, they are an indoor ski and adventure park with ten activities under one roof. With trampolines, climbing walls, ninja warrior course, dodgeball, ski zone, slides, children's playground and more, it is very popular with all ages. Especially the ski and snowboard simulator zone.

If you go during the week, toddlers can bounce on the trampolines that are designed for the bigger kids, but on the weekends it can get crowded. Which is why the seperate playland is perfect for them.
