If you are ever in the Brisbane CBD with your kids, and are looking for somewhere really delicious to go for a meal, then look no further than Jamie's Italian. They will welcome even the smallest patrons with open arms, and make it a lovely experience for you.
First of all, their kids meals come in two different sizes, so the little kids can have a smaller meal size than the bigger kids. The food options are healthy as well, with all meals served with a fresh salad and a choice of a fruity water or juice. Smaller kid meals are $9.50 and bigger kid meals are $12.50.

They have some really great food options for kids, including Happy Chicken Lollipops, Mini Spaghetti and Meatballs and Secret Seven Gnocchi. They also serve organic desserts.
The restaurant is over two levels, and although there is no dedicated children's play area, kids will get a colouring page on arrival to keep them occupied while you wait for your meals.
If you go during the week, they run excellent mid week specials. Check out their Facebook page for a list of specials and even events.
If you are driving into the city, make sure to ask about their free parking at Post Office Square on weekends. Otherwise if you catch public transport, the restaurant is in the heart of the CBD, only a three minute walk from Central Station. They are also walking distance to Queen Street Mall and not far from Brisbane Square Library that runs regular rhyme time and sessions for kids.
