Please recommend a good gynaecologist for fibroids

Hi, can someone please recommend a good gynaecologist for fibroids? I am a 31 year old mom suffering from very heavy periods. I have to be on tranexamic acid tablets during periods and if not I lose a lot of blood. And the dosage is way too much. Literally 9 tablets a day. I am looking to permanently get rid of this issue once and for all and also would like to keep the options open for getting pregnant again. Looking for suggestions on gynaecologists with interests in this field. Thanks in advance!
