If you're looking to build healthier soil, grow stronger plants, and garden more sustainably in Brisbane, the
Monthly Compost Market at The Waste Works Shop is for you.
Held on the first Saturday of every month from 8am - 12pm at 62D Blunder Road, Oxley, this local market brings together premium, Brisbane-made compost products, passionate growers, and a community of gardeners who care about the planet as much as their plants.
A Market for Soil Lovers
The Compost Market is your chance to stock up on living, nutrient-rich soil products created right here in Brisbane. Whether you're refreshing a few pots on the balcony or feeding large garden beds, you'll find high-quality, natural options to suit every space.
On Market Day, you’ll find:
•
All Natural Compost - A rich, biologically active compost to boost soil health and support strong plant growth.
•
Premium Fungal Compost - Ideal for perennials, trees, and shrubs that thrive with a strong fungal network in the soil.
•
Worm Brew - A freshly brewed, microbe-packed liquid tonic made from worm castings and aerated for 24 hours. It’s a living product designed to supercharge soil biology and plant vitality.
•
Compost Confetti - The original Waste Works hero product: slow-release, nutrient-dense fertiliser pellets made from recycled food and green waste.
•
Premium Soil Mixes - Tailored blends for vegetable gardens, natives, and general landscaping.
You'll also often find guest sellers with a variety of plants, making it the perfect spot to pick up compost, soil, and new greenery in one visit.
Click & Collect for Easy Pick-Up
