Music, movement and sensory experiences for babies
Baby Sensory is designed to stimulate, educate and provide memories for babies during the first year of their life. While their are so many sensory activities you can do at home, it can be really fun to take your little ones along to a class as well. You can get some inspiration, make some friends and it is a wonderful bonding experience as well.
Here are some baby sensory classes recommended by the Brisbane Mums Group.

It is conducted with a music therapy focus and designed to help our children grow into happy and confident little people. It teaches them to respond to and experience fun through music. Each class has live music played so babies can really respond to the music and there are also instruments, books, bubbles and other sensory experiences.

Making Rainbows is a program designed to teach your little one about music, movement and sensory play. Baby Classes are for bubs aged 0 to 12 months, and aims to foster the bond you have with your baby in a gentle and relaxing environment. Teachers use scarves, rainbow parachute, ribbons, hand held instruments, therapy balls, sand, water, bubbles and many other resources and props for sensory play.
As well as having fun, laughing and learning, your little one will also be learning lots of new skills like language, social, emotional, fine and gross motor, mathematical and pre-literacy skills and basic music concepts. It is a great way to get them ready for school and to find things you can do with them at home.
