Hey Brisbane folks, with storm season lurking around the corner, why not swing by the on Saturday 11 October 2025 and turn disaster prep into a family outing. Its the fourth time this events rolling out, timed nicely during Get Ready Queensland Week from 6 to 12 October, offering a bunch of hands on activities to help you figure out how to plan for, handle, bounce back from whatever Mother Nature throws your way.

Think of it as a low key crash course in survival skills, minus the actual crashing, with interactive setups that make learning about emergencies feel less like homework and more like a quirky adventure, perfect for dragging the kids along to see if they can outsmart a mock flood or something equally entertaining.
