Our lists are continually updated and cover the best places for kids and parents across Brisbane, however we are aware that this list doesn't include all the great services on offer, but it's a great place to start! Remember to always do your own research and make sure the service meets your personal needs.

Fernwood Fitness, Various Locations Fitting in trips to the gym when you have young children can often be challenging to say the least, so Fernwood Fitness have equipped some of their gyms with kids play rooms and qualified childcare staff, so little ones can have playtime whilst mum gets a workout.

Be in Blossom Baby Friendly Pilates
Be In Blossom, Chermside Can't find anyone to look after bub whilst you head to your exercise class? Simple! Take them along with you! Be in Blossom is a fitness facility that specialise in baby friendly pilates for mums and their little ones, so not only will you get your workout, you may meet some mummy and baby pals at the same time! The facility is also fully equipped with spaces for 'parking' prams, a parents room and various evening classes so you can work around your partner's timetable.

Newmarket Pool, Newmarket Newmarket Olympic pool is child friendly in every way. Not only are they home to a 25m heated kids pool, toddler pool and miniature water park with slides, but they also provide an on site creche for any mums who are looking to take part in their fitness classes. The creche hours run from 8:30am-11:30am and is just $5 for 1.5hours. Once you have finished your workout, why not take your little one for a swim or for a run around on the on site playground?

Go Mum Group Fitness
Go Mum Group Fitness, Enoggera & Arana Hills Go Mum Group Fitness is paving the way when it comes to "child friendly" exercise, not only are both of their locations fully equipped with feeding and changing facilities, but Go Mum also invite you to bring children of any age along to their classes too - that's right, any age! Children can sit and watch the class from the sidelines, explore the toy box and enjoy morning tea or even join in with mum!

J-Fit Australia Mums and Baby Class
J-Fit Australia, Loganholme Did you know that your pram is an awesome piece of exercise equipment? J-Fit does! Every Wednesday from 10:00am-10:45am, J-Fit run a mum and baby class at Shailer Pioneer Park. Little ones can help mum work out and enjoy the fresh air from the comfort of their own pushchair, and it's also a great social activity to help you meet other mums. Even better? The session costs just $5! What a bargain!
