lands at George Willmore Park on 30 May as a free-entry day for the small humans and the adults who shepherd them around. Entertainment runs on two stages, one dedicated to the Kids Zone, so the little ones can bounce between rides, workshops and roving performers while everyone else tries to keep up. There are pony rides and a petting zoo for animal fans, plus amusement rides that won't completely bankrupt the family.

Mum and Dad can amble through the lifestyle markets and multicultural food stalls while local musicians provide a pleasant soundtrack to the mild chaos. The event wraps up a month of happenings across the Hills district, offering music, food, craft and enough activities to keep kids occupied until they're ready to sleep on the drive home. Bring sunscreen, sensible shoes and a healthy respect for sticky fingers.
