Finding the best child care for your little one can be a minefield.
But did you realise that you can find out which child care services in Brisbane provide the highest quality care via a free, online rating system?

In the search for day care, word-of-mouth recommendations are a fantastic starting point, but everyone has a different idea of what a "good" child care centre looks like.
So it's useful to compare feedback from mums with objective assessments of childcare centres in your part of Brisbane.
An independent authority ([link www.acecqa.gov.au ACECQA]) assesses the quality of early childhood education and care services in Australia.
They look at everything from how warm and responsive the educators are, to how safe and clean the equipment is, and even how staff share information with you, the parent. These ratings are then published online in the hope of helping parents to find the most suitable child care for
their children.
The
"Excellent" rating is the highest rating available.
Why not search the [link http://acecqa.gov.au/national-registers ACECQA database] to see how your current child care service stacks up against each of the quality standards?
Or you could even weigh up all the services in your local area when you search by postcode.
You'll discover some education and care services are just
Meeting the standards, whilst others are doing better and
Exceeding them.
Warning Bells - things to look out for and possibly delve into further would be services
Working Towards the standards or with
Significant Improvement Required.
Search all the ratings [link http://acecqa.gov.au/national-registers here], but remember nothing beats visiting a service yourself, and asking the questions that matter to you.
