An all ages playground at Redbank

If you' are looking for a awesome all ages playground that caters for all members of the family then you must check out the Redbank Plains Recreation reserve.


With two separate play areas specifically designed for both younger and older visitors, a large off leash dog area, an plenty of grassy spaces for ball games, the Recreation Reserve should definitely be on the list for your next family outing.

Play
The first playground, which is more basic, features a large brightly coloured climbing frame complete with monkey bars, climbing ropes, running wheel and fireman's pole and a slide. There are also small rocking animals for little ones to play on and the whole structure is built upon soft fall wood-chips.


The newer playground which is located close to this first is much more modern and a wonderful sight to be seen. The main attraction is the 9ft climbing tower which stands magnificently in the centre and is the base for two large tunnel slide, one twisty and one straight.


This larger play area is also home to a large tyre swing, climbing net and miniature wall plus some other awesome equipment, including a futuristic merry go round. Although the apparatus is designed more with older kids in mind, it is still based upon soft flooring if younger ones are looking to explore.

What else?
The reserve also boasts a large off leash doggy area for the four legged members of the family, BBQ facilities and sheltered picnic areas, and open grassy areas perfect for a picnic or a ball game.


The more adventurous can enjoy the on site skate park, whereas the newer riders can practice their cycling skills on the learner bike path.

There is an amenities block within the reserve and off road parking for your convenience.
