Hi , I am currently going through relationship difficulty in my marriage. My husband and I are not on talking terms. We still in the same house and I am thinking of moving out at the right time, when I am more independent. However he threatened me today he will file a case against me to take my 2.5 year old daughter away from me. I am very scared and don't know, what should I do in this circumstance. I am financially independent and I called QLD legal aid for help, they said someone will call me tomorrow and called an independent law firm (which apparently is very expensive $300 for first session for 1.5 hours) Any advice on how should I tackle this situation would help. TIA
